Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Rack & Track account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.
What will be deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile (display name, username, profile photo)
- Your match history and stats
- Your ELO rating and rankings
- Any subscription entitlements
What may be retained
- Match records already confirmed by another user may be retained in anonymised form (your name and identity will be removed)
