By downloading or using Rack & Track, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Rack & Track mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive or misleading.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading match results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or stats through dishonest means
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage

4. Match Results

Rack & Track relies on users submitting honest match results. Both players must confirm a match result for it to count toward rankings. By confirming a result, you certify that it is accurate. Deliberately submitting false results may result in account suspension.

5. Pro Upgrade

Rack & Track offers optional Pro features via a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once purchased, Pro access is yours permanently with no recurring charges. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your purchase free of charge using the restore purchases option within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software within the Service is owned by Rack & Track. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your profile photo). By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings and stats will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rack & Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via our account deletion page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
